Die Ausstattung mit den neuesten Produktionsmaschinen sorgt daf???r, dass dem Kunden immer neue und qualitativ hochwertige Leistungen angeboten werden k???nnen, um sich gegen???ber den Wettbewerbern abgrenzen zu k???nnen. Ein Faktor, der f???r ein produzierendes Industrieunternehmen immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt, ist zu wissen, welchen Wert der einzelne Kunde f???r das Unternehmen hat. Dies ist vor allem f???r Unternehmen wichtig, deren Produktionskapazit???ten ausgelastet sind bzw. die keine Massenfertigung betreiben sondern Spezialisten auf ihrem Gebiet sind. Mit dem Kundenwert ist aber nicht nur die reine Umsatzh???he gemeint sondern auch qualitative, nicht messbare Faktoren wie z.B. die Betreuungsintensit???t oder das Loyalit???tspotenzial. Die vorliegende Arbeit greift genau diese Problemstellung f???r die Fa. toolcraft auf. Es gibt bei dem Unternehmen nur grobe Auswertungen und nicht formalisiert, subjektive Absch???tzungen ???ber den Wert jedes einzelnen Kunden aber eine genau Messung oder ein Prozess, der dies formalisiert, existiert nicht.
