I just recently learned of the existence of this book, and found it captivating and charming! Koko, a gorilla, has been taught sign language by her handlers and is able to communicate her desire for a kitten. The question is, does she want a stuffed kitten or a real one? Follow along as Koko's handlers begin their quest to fulfill her heart's desire.
