I was wandering through a bookstore and found a Knopf Mapguide by accident. It is an average book as far as information is concerned. What makes it extraordinary is the format. Pages open up to display maps. My husband is a native of New Jersey and commented how nicely everything was shown. I have only been to NYC once and would need something like this to find my way around. The book is lightweight and will fit easily into a purse or pocket. Whether going to New York, London, Paris or another unfamiliar place, I would want a Knopf Mapguide with me. It is so good, I bought a copy for my library.
