Very Good. No Dust Jacket. Black leatherette boards with silver letters, Signed by the four band members and numbered, this being #009198 on the second page, the same number appears on the spine as a sticker. The book is tight and square with many illustrations. The slip case is the same black leatherette with silver letters, but it does have edge wear and exposed corners, would rate as good condition. The book has no dust jacket. Note I used the 1995 ISBN as the 1994 First Edition did not have an ISBN and this is the 1994 edition. Signed and Numbered Limited Edition.
