Books by Richard Montanari
Not his best but still excellent
After introducing Jack Paris in Deviant Way, we meet him again in Kiss of Evil for probably the last time as Montanari seems to have passed on to other characters in his most recent novels. For poor Paris who almost lost his daughter in the first one, it is another nightmare of a case. It seems that all the bad guys in Cleveland are out to get him and more so here cause this time it's personal. Not Montanari 's best cause at times it's a bit confusing and exaggerated plus the killer 's identity is not really a surprise (unlike all his other ones) but i highly recommend it to those who like a good thriller all the same. It's just that with Montanari i always expect something special that other authors of his peer rarely deliver.
