Dr. Ellie's first book written when she realized that most Americans didn't know that teeth, gums, even cavities... can heal! Her simple, home care protocol is explained and the exact toothpaste, mouthwash and rinses to use are given. (Be careful to get the *exact* ones and nothing else. Everything we need, including the xylitol, is relatively inexpensive and easy to find in drug stores or grocery stores, at least in the USA. Follow her instructions - do everything in the order she says. And get to know how valuable small amounts of xylitol is in your mouth right after eating or drinking anything. (WARNING: xylitol is TOXIC for animals, esp. DOGS!!!)
