Wenn es bei "Kirchenreform" geblieben ist, soll der Titel einerseits dem gregorianischen Selbstverst???ndnis gerecht zu werden versuchen und anderseits der Vielfalt des Zeitalters nicht zu viel von ihren Schattierungen nehmen. Dar???ber wird jedoch die relativ eng gefa???te (aber nicht verabsolutierte) Periodisierung von 1046 bis 1215 und das strukturelle Verst???ndnis von "Hochmittelalter" aus der Kirchenreform (und der Papstrevolution) keineswegs preisgegeben.
