Wie unterschiedlich sich Religionszugehorigkeit gestalten kann, wird aus katholischer, orthodoxer, judischer, muslimischer und religionssoziologischer Perspektive beleuchtet. Fur religiose Organisationsstrukturen werden die Moglichkeiten des sakularen Religionsverfassungsrechts aufgezeigt und im Gesellschafts-, Vereins- und Arbeitsrecht ausgelotet. Die Beitrage umreissen die Bedeutung personaler Mitgliedschaft und alternativer korporativer Verfassung von Religion sowie Konzepte von Zugehorigkeit zu einer Religion.
