The representative of a prospective suitor, Sarah Fairchild (Dee Wallace Stone), is denied an opportunity to buy it, so she does some investigating and learns some startling history regarding the business. Cut to a busload of randy young adults, including industrious Wendy (Paige Moss), attempting to spend the night at the abandoned mental hospital. The youths find that the building has an alarming history of its own -- a history they don't discover until the body count reaches epidemic proportions as they are beheaded, drowned in acid, and otherwise mauled to death by a hidden psychopath.
