I have used this yoga workout for 8 years and hunted a copy of the DVD down for a friend of mine. She enjoys it too. It's a great introduction to yoga. The focus on breathing and technique is great for beginners. This is an old DVD, very hard to locate, but definately worth it if you can find it!!
