We hear especially about the School of Chartres, and about the agreement between the Platonists and the Aristotelians which represented their intention to return to Earth at the end of the 20th century as anthroposophists. This is definitely not introductory material, and readers would be well advised to read a considerable amount of Steiner's other work prior to taking up these lectures, which are in a sense the culmination of his anthroposophical striving.
