I mention these indorsements, because it can not be expected, as the phases of the bill go into different specialties in medicine and science, that a Senator or Representative can give sufficient time to pass an opinion upon all of them without depending upon authority. For the reason that this bill es ecially treats of the latest phases of different sciences I have asked t e opinion of specialists who deal first-hand with the matter. I have the original papers here, or most of them, of asso ciations which have passed resolutions favoring the bill.
