To me the best of it is that Taiichi Ohno talks about the real meaning of lean and Toyota Production System, and what whould mean when applied to other industries. This book covers Mr. Ohno?s vision about the future of lean just a few years before his death.
After reading it, you will discover that nowadays too many people talk about what lean is, but just a few really understand what Ohno meant it to be.
