Wow... the fellow certainly resembles his namesake, especially when donning the Red Army general's uniform when cruising around the neighborhood. Could this be the real guy? Could he have time travelled from the 1940's to today, and somehow plunked down in this obscure little town? Joe sets up a small business called the People's Forge Company, but soon realizes that his product lineup of swords, machetes, and battle axes are failing to capture the imagination of customers. He sees that there could be a market niche for a manufacturer of crummy golf clubs targeted at the millions of horribly pathetic golfers out there, and begins to redeploy his assets to attack this great business opportunity. Meanwhile, however, Joe's nasty, ornery, dictatorial personal traits begin to emerge, threatening to put an end to his dreams of living the good life in the 'burbs.
