Much Ado About Nothing
The hidden years of Jesus remain a mystery to this day. Aron admits that up front then proceeds to show that he doesn't know either. There was little about Jesus' teachings that was Jewish so I see little value in the wholly orthodox Jewish tilt to the writing of this book. A book with this title has to be speculative, not ploddingly conventional. The magic that it promised didn't get across to me. The New Age people have a better idea of what happened in those missing years of Christ.
