Seller's Description:
Illustrations by Bert Salg. Small 8vo. Brown cloth with black spine lettering and black-bordered orange front board lettering, pictorial dust jacket. 198pp, (4pp ads). Frontispiece, 3 full-page plates. Very good/very good. Fainting binding wear only; jacket mildly edgeworn and a tad age toned. A really lovely first edition of the third title in this humorous 4-volume series (1929-30). Other series titles in ads at rear cite only up to 1929 releases. Quite scarce in a lovely jacket, which features nifty graphics showing boys in their flapper-era knickers trying to cook over a campfire as their frying pans go tumbling into the flames.
