First printing, limited to 4000 copies which included 100 signed, slipcased copies, as stated on the colophon page. There was a second printing of 4000 also issued but this is an unsigned first printing. In blue cloth boards with title embossed in gold on front cover and in a Near Fine condition dust jacket with a trace of a rippkle along the top rear corner of the dustjacket, barely noticeable. Appears unread. An evocative collection of Claxton's Jazz Photographs from 1953-1963. Accompanying text by Leonard Feathers and Terry Southern. Pates are sheet-fed gravures printed and bound in Tokyo, Japan by Toppan Printing for Twelvetrees Press ( colophon).
