This book will give the opportunity to see Japan in a new perspective because of how the author portrays the facts. It makes you think your back in Feudal japan where they are use Kimonos and there are emperors, shoguns, and samurai. It gives the reader a great way to understand a cultural part of Japan. There were also pictures in there that help me visualize what the author was trying to explain to me. It made me want to see a Bunraku play. I read this book because i heard there was an American made movie coming out called Bunraku. I think I will fully understand what the movie will be about because of this book.
