Great Beginner Cookbook
Great book esp. for beginner, like me. Has good drawings of tools needed. Is a good compact
size, easy to read. Especially like the section on
one-pot meals which also tells their history.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to
learn Japanese cooking. Also, book was in
great condition. Much appreciated.
