James Martin take cooking to the simple way...the way Mums always did it...yet this book is with a twist in that he uses ingredients straight from a Deli...most probably his own...
One thing about his recipes is that you can easily see that another ingredient might just be your favourite and easily you can do the same dish with your own variants...some items that you can purchase from a Deli may not be your choice and yet other items just may be...Recommend.
