Vettriano's images have an often mysterious narrative and are a gateway to an alluring yet sinister world. I really enjoyed the book. It didn't have as much about the artist as I would have like, however, when I got the book I knew it was more about his work than him. It is excellent and has a wonderful selection of his art in the book.
