This is a delightful volume of traditional Italian recipes that will delight the palate and tastebuds.
Not difficult to do - and a surefire way to impress your friends. One problem I did note was that, comparing these recipes with others I have gathered from Italian friends (in Italy) was that they seem to have evolved to suit American taste i.e. sweeter than a similar item in Italy. Reduce the sugar however, and they are very authentic.
I can heartily recommend it.
