I didn't care that much for this book. It wasn't a memorable read for me.

DIDN'T LIKE THE BOOKS
I have read DISMANTLED and PROMISE NOT TO TELL, and do not plan to read ISLAND OF LOST GIRLS, MY TIKI GIRL NOR DON'T BREATHE A WORD. I was very disappointed in the books of Jennifer McMahon that I did read.

Hard to put down
This is one of those books that is hard to put down once you get a few chapters into it. I found myself saying to myself putting off things I really should have been doing with promises to read just one more chapter.
There are two stories here. One is the present day disappearance of a little girl who is, strangely enough, kidnapped by someone in a rabbit costume. The other story concerns the childhood disappearance of Rhonda's best friend.
The chapters alternate between the present day and the past, as Rhonda works to solve the mystery of the kidnapped girl and tries to piece together the mysterious events of her childhood and realizes that it's possible the two events are related.
I'm not going to give anything away but will only say there are enough twists and turns to make this a thorougly enjoyable mystery.
