The use of a graph enables the lacemaker to alter the size as desired and the instructions include enlarged diagrams showing the final thread positions to assist the worker to complete each stitch. Bridget M. Cook and Geraldine Stott are the co-authors of "100 Traditional Bobbin Lace Patterns". Bridget M.
