Each instruction sheet provides concise, basic information on a particular condition's signs and symptoms, causes, preventive, and complications. Then, it presents clear guidelines concerning medication and activity. Finally, it instructs patients to contact the doctor's office immediately if certain warning signs appear. All this information appears on a single page for convenient reference. Instruction sheets are organized in alphabetical order by English title. A Spanish translation is printed below each English title. Separate Spanish and English tables of contents and indexes are provided, to make the desired instruction sheets easy to find.
