The stories are well written and comprehensive enough to understand the plight of the Indians during the influx of the European colonies from the 16th century up until the 19th century. Balanced point of view is difficult to assess specially when two warring factions ultimately decimated the population of most Indian tribes and made the victor (Europeans) stronger and grow in number.
