In addition to this, there is a presence of the Bahai faith (one of the world's newest religion). Many years ago in the 18th century many Jews came to live in Bombay (now Mumbai). India was always a diverse nation in terms of culture and religion held intact by both custom and law. This is one of the reasons why India is home to many religions of the world. The world we live in is a very violent place, therefore teaching kids about various religions of the world will make our children more tolerant towards other faiths and teach them to connect with others. Do not leave children to find out about the various religious practices of the world themselves but teach them while they are still young and promote open mindedness.
