On this unauthorized, if technically legal, European release, Jesse Winchester is heard probably on his 1977 tour supporting the album Nothing But a Breeze. William Hogeland's liner notes don't say that, but the song list suggests it; there's nothing from after 1977. The set is essentially similar to Winchester's 1977 promotional album Live at the Bijou Café.
