Never before has it been more necessary to recover the past, to deepen our knowledge of history, to demystify the origins of our problems, to regain our memory of forms of freedom and advances that were made in liberating humanity of its superstitions, Irrationlities, and, above all, a loss of faith in humanity potentialities. The subject of history is the gradual realization of all that is practically necessary. The tracing of the origin of Igbo people, and their Hebrew connections, becomes a historical distillation. If a man is reduced to being nothing but a character in history, he has no other choice but to subside into the sound and of a completely irrational history or endow history with the form of human reason. Africans have been allowing the Europeans to define them, paint distorted pictures of history for them, brainwashing them under the platform of education, which resulted in self-denial. We allow them to take advantage of us without knowing that the one that wrote the film script controls the actors. The Igbos of west Africa and their history as people is not something to consigned to a distant past. History of Igbo has shape, order, and meaning; that exceptional man, as much s economic forces, can produce change, but their greatness will continue with historical validity. The wondering of children of Gad into the geographical area called west Africa is like a child building sand-castle by the sea, and that child is the majesty of man's power in the world.
