"I Don't Know...I Love" was the mantra given to Michael by his spiritual guide Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaji). It is an analogy of his life long struggle to raise his consciousness and daily work from rational knowledge of the world and his professional practice of psychological therapy to loving kindness for everyone he meets, with his daily work meditation and spiritual practice. This book is a journal of Michael Projansky's life voyages on land and sea. Chapters on visiting dying people with a dedicated Hospice doctor, and surviving a 2,750 mile sailing trip across the Atlantic with three drunken Englishmen, were written years ago by the author himself. The rest of this book contains remarkable stories told by Projansky to his many friends, two of whom wrote them down in June and July of 2019, so that this book could be published quickly before he died. He wanted to see it and give it to family and friends at his memorial service.
