I bought this book with the intent to have a resource for word origins and derivations in my library, but what I got was a dull tome so dry and lifeless that I gave it away to a charity store as a tax deduction!
The book was hyped as worthwhile, but was unfortunately simply a great waste of money. On the other hand, aside from the shipping cost, it was a really cheap book!
"I saw this one day, and decided to play.
So I went out and ordered the book.
But after one look, I saw I'd been took,
And I simply just threw it away."
