great book

The eye exercises really do work. I did this when I was younger and was able to read things that were 10 feet away for the first time in years. i could only read a foot away without glasses. I lost the book and overtime forgot to do the exercises. I have finally found the book again and can't wait to do them. You must continue them as it builds the muscle in your eyes, and like all exercises you can get flabby muscles. i also bought one for my brother.
