Excellent advice
Women have it pretty tough in the bussiness world, but this book gives advice on how to make success a tiny bit easier. I love the book. Salmansohn has the right blend of seriousness and fun to make this a useful and entertaining book. She is not a man hater( she mentions her fondness dor Andy Garcia enough), but regonizes what people are.
Her advice is practical. Its basically speaking up. Alot of people have trouble being agressive because they care about being liked. Her advice on how to be agressive without turning into an animal or a heartless witch is excellent. This book is a must read for women. I doubt many men would find this book useful.
