It has to be taken out of civil court. Men's rights have to be protected as well as the women's rights. The current system is being seriously abused and the potential for continuing abuse is astronomical! Vindictive women and unscrupulous attorneys have made a total mockery out of the current system and way too many innocent men are serving a "life sentence" because of it!
