The front and back covers are gauffered, the front cover being decorated in bold, black lines. The front cover also dislays an engraved emblum which is illuminated in black. There are patches that are faded on the front cover, due to the age of the book. The title is located on the spine of the book which is illuminated in gold. The spine is also gauffered and these decorations are illuminated in black. This book has been rebound by the previous library, this being evident by the black card placed in the inside cover to add extra strength. The inside cover also had a sticker, displaying an enblum of the previous library. This book has hardback covers.
