Chaplain Devan and Sergeant Rennie are entitled to special appreciation for their work in constructing the foundation and framework of the book, which was completed and published by a Board consisting of Colonel Carpenter, Major Wilson, Major Heath, Captain Welsh, Captain Ehinger, Captain Kittrell, Captain Daniel, Lieutenant Foster and Sergeant Wilson.
