Contains a preface-Synposis of the Blue Grass Region by Robert Peter, MD. Bound in 3/4 leather with decorative floral endpapers, hinges cracked but holding strong, 1 inch separation at the top of the front hinge, leather very worn at tips/spine ends, about 20 page loose but holding, endpapers creased. A very rare original.
