Very Good- Hardcover, no dustjacket, this is the Real McCoy, the original edition of this 193-page history of Germantown, Pennsylvania, well-illustrated throughout, including a frontis portrait with original tissue-guard of the author, the dark green cloth has small white blemishes near the bottom front corner, there are also some cover stains that are only visible when the book is held at an angle under bright light, the white title is bright on the front cover but faded on the spine, the binding is tight and the contents are fine.
