Sleepy Creek As he walked back to where he had hidden his truck he noticed someone in the ditch not far from where he was parked. He couldn't just walk away without checking if his help was needed, as it was not in him to leave someone injured and alone. There were a lot of things he was not proud of that he had done and those ate at him but he could live with them. Leaving someone who may need his help wasn't something he could live with. He would check it out and see what was up before committing himself to any aid. If the person was injured there would be a need for the EMT's and then a lot of questions. Questions he was not prepared to answer. As he finished these thoughts he found himself checking this man for injuries.
