Children are encouraged to talk about their feelings to parents and friends, and adults are encouraged to acknowedge these and spend special time with older children (so they don't have to worry that "sharing" their parents might mean losing them). Featuring live-action scenes of children playing with and taking care of babies and toddlers, the program offers helpful tips on how to interact -- so children can see that having a younger sibling can often be fun and satisfying, and that their contribution as a "helper" and capable person will be appreciated, both by the parents and the baby.
