When the plot is finally discovered, and action must be taken to stop Khalid, the task falls to burnt-out LAPD police helicopter pilot Jack Walker, himself a combat tested Vietnam war AH-1 Cobra gunship pilot, and a handful of talented friends, to stop Khalid and the Hellhound from accomplishing a terrorist attack that could cost thousands of lives.
