Even if their styles can be widely dissimilar, it's not unreasonable to think that Cream ("Crossroads"), Steppenwolf ("Magic Carpet Ride"), Nazareth ("Love Hurts"), the Allman Brothers ("Midnight Rider"), the Atlanta Rhythm Section ("So Into You"), and Def Leppard ("Rock of Ages") could probably all find a home on the same album-rock radio station.
