To anyone who is hurting, the book teaches the different ways God encourages and how to recognize Gods care. For those who are not suffering turmoil, it instructs on how to encourage others. Beyond the spiritual aspect, the author also gives practical advise on how to avoid identity theft. Legislation to combat fraudulent computer activity is being undertaken by the U.S. government as well as various states. In some cases, like Mr. Reynolds, the attempted prosecution is frantically undertaken and is conducted without decorum or consideration for the rights, feelings or reputation of the defendant. Moreover, the media frenzy that ultimately accompanies such a prosecution all but destroys the reputation of the accused. The media pressure compels the authorities to zealously pursue the case, even when the evidence is insufficient to convict. One wonders how often such prosecutorial blackmail is attempted in the States effort to save face. Former Judge Hyrum O.
