James Beard is one of the "Editors" - Not!
I expected this to be a James Beard book, but it is not. The book was published under Beard Glaser Wolf Ltd, but he is not even one of the Editors listed in the back of the book.
I would not pay more than $0.99 for this book, though I did. :(
Interesting recipes, but not a lot of information about using clay as a cooking vessel.
