I wrote this book between 1987-1990 after growing myself up in adulthood. Since then I have developed a method, Amate Growth Work, to facilitate that healing and development in others. Still, this book stands as a powerful invitation to all who became emotionally stuck in childhood or adolescence... to consider the linkage between that stoppage and unresolved potential in adulthood...and know there is hope the stoppage can be resolved...thus allowing emotional and spiritual healing, growth, and development in adulthood.
