As they explore their challenges of coming of age in a time when rural farm country slowly converted to the modern world, their stories wind from cotton gins to the local churches to Friday Night Football at its best. Entertaining tales of the daring exploits of three little boys who considered themselves invincible and little girls playing with their dolls. So much changed when the 60s exploded and their carefree childhoods took on summer jobs, feats of courage on the football field, and challenges in their education.
