This is the best little gold nugget I've come across in the area of grief. Next to the Bible, it has been a faithful, healing companion that has met me exactly where I'm at in the grieving process of four losses I've had in the last three years!

Walking through Grief
When my mother died in 1994, I was grief-stricken, exhausted, bewildered. During the process of grief, a friend sent this book to me. I've read many books on the process of grieving, but I think "Grieving the Loss of Someone You Love" is the most constructive, honest, and helpful book, co-authored by two people who had been devastated by grief. In fact, I have purchased dozens (!) of copies to give to relatives and friends who also are grieving the loss of family or friends. Each chapter is short enough to be read and savored daily. Grief is work. Five months after my mother's death, I woke up one morning and realized I no longer had the extreme fatigue which had accompanied my grief. Hope and health returned to my life! I am grateful for this particular book.
