The loss of a loved one from a sudden death will leave you so hurt and so confused for a very long time. One of the stages of this grief is that you feel like you are just drifting through life on an air balloon, and nothing makes sense to you - you feel dead inside, and the pain in your heart seems unbearable. Yet, you somehow manage to continue to exist and function on a one day at a time basis.
