GOOD BOOK
This book is a good book with a lot of information in it. I would offer, though, that there are other more exhaustive works out there with more up to date information - i.e. Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing and their related books by P.Balch. I would say this book is less overwhelming to start with but you'll find it's limits when you need more quickly.
