Excellent historical and Catholic apologetic information in the study guide. Would like to see larger print, and looking forward to seeing the whole set in one giant Catholic Study Bible. But this book is immeasurable in its educative quality and truth in the meantime.

Great translation, excellent commentary
The Ignatious study bible series is publishing one book of the bible at a time. It uses the RSV translation, Catholic Edition. The commentary is spot on, and has considerations in several plates to help one understand the scripture.
